Hi ,
Am retiring to phils next year february. I need your help in two things. As a foreigner, i cannot buy land so iam limited to condos. I want to do the following.
1. Invest in pre selling condos, buy 1 for myself and buy another 1 or 2 for investments.
2. Till myy condo are ready, I want to live in a big space, not matchboxes. Ideally, I would like a condo or house with its own swimming pool. Am single so i can live in one bedrrom only. But i want my own private pool. Are their anyoptions avaiable?
3. am in touch with SMDC directly.Whats the benefit of going through a broker?
