The residential lot (5k/sqm) is approx. 500-600 meters from the beach front. While the prime residential lots is just 30-50meters from the beach front (9k-13k per sqm).
Let me know if you want to know which lot are still available. By the way, all 5k/sqm are sold out. We now only have 5.5k/sqm as the cheapest price per sqm.
