We still have unit with provision for 1BR . Pre-selling or RFO(ready for occupancy) po ba hanap nila? Magkaiba kasi payment scheme ng 1BR na pwee na lipatan at hindi pa.
Kelan nyo po balak makalipat agad? Nagmamadali po kayo or ok lang sa inyo kahit matagal pa yung turn over?
Mas mura pa rin po kasi kapag pre-selling kaysa RFO (ready for occupancy na). Sa tingin nyo po?
May number po kayo na pwede kong matawagan para mas madali po kitang ma-assist? para mas maexplain ko rin po sa inyo yung investment na papasukin nyo po =)
