Yes, you can still buy the house&lot if you are not a pagibig member.
You’re options are:
1. Pay it in full cash
2. Thru Bank Financing where you need to pay the downpayment (20% of the total contract price) to move-in.
3. Thru InHouse Financing where you need to pay the downpayment (10% of the total contract price) to move-in.

I am a Pagibig member but was not able to continuously pay my membership as we all moved abroad. Can I still avail the option acquiring a house through Pag-ibig?
If I choose the option of In-house financing with a downpayment of 20%, what will be my monthly amortization if I take the Regular Unit for 10 years?

Kahit hindi po pagibig member sister ang sister nyo, pwede pa naman po siya makabili ng townhouse unit dito sa Metroville thru bank or inhouse financing. Pero hindi na po sya rent-to-own scheme. Hello Rey, you can still avail Pagibig loan whether you have stopped your contribution, provided you have contributed for at least 1 year, then you just need to renew your membership, then you’re on.
Regarding monthly amortization for 10 years, it depends on what financing you would prefer. For your detailed answer, pls email christian@artotoy.com as he is the expert in this project. All your remaining questions will be address up to your trip viewing on the actual site. He will be your account manager.
