Yes Merun po na 5 yrs to pay. Magiging 145k po ang equity payable in 2yrs. then ang magiging monthly amortization sa pag-ibig for 5yrs is only P17,850. Can I get your number po so that I can discuss to you yung ibang details. Thanks!

Hello Ms. Fernandez, kaya nyo po syang maafford basta yung monthy amortization is less than or equal 40% ng gross income mo or ng papa mo po. Please email me po how much yung income mo po or ng papa mo po para maasess ko kung kakayanin at para mas matulungan ka po namin kung papaano ito isosolve. Thank you po!

I saw your ad but I didn’t see a picture of the kitchen? I noticed a sink outside the house, what is this for? Can you also post picture of the bathroom? Di po ako member ng pagibig but I and my husband are willing to pay it through BPI or BDO. Rent to own ba ito or house for least? Will give us a breakdown of the payment pls? My husband is an OFW, i will be using his PAG-IBIG account to avail if ever i will be convince to buy one. Tripping po ba is possible during weekends (sunday)? thanks.
